Refund Policy
We, more than anyone, know how fragile a book can be, and we grant a lot of importance to packing your orders with the greatest care. We commit to selling and sending brand new books in perfect condition and this is why, as a small team operating from our Bookshop in Geneva, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges at this point in time, and all purchases are final.
Upon reception of your book, if you feel that, for some reason, you might be in an exceptional situation and wish to ask for a refund, you can always email us at arts@letubooks.com and we will be in touch to work out the best solution possible, together.
