Shipping policy

All parcels are shipped from our bookshop in Geneva.

Orders are processed within 3 days and shipped within 5 days.

As for now, we offer standard shipping with tracking number. In case of a book emergency, please email us at arts@letubooks.com and we will work something out to meet your time frame. 

Shipping fees are based on the Post Office price grid, and we promise to do our best to keep our shipping fees as reasonable and low as possible.

Please keep in mind that LetuBooks will not be liable for any missing parcels and/or damaged items in the process of delivery, and for any undelivered or misplaced parcels in the case that an incorrect or incomplete address is provided.
